DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

At Boobpost (accessible via https://boobpost.com), this page covers two things: what belongs to us on this website, and what to do if you believe something here belongs to you.

Product photography and description writing take real work, and so does the design work behind a garment. We take our own rights seriously, which is the same reason we take a rights complaint seriously when one arrives. Complaints are reviewed by a person, not by an automatic filter.

By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you are not sure whether something is an infringement, email [email protected] and describe it. Asking first costs nothing.

Ownership of Site Content

The text, product photography, layout, graphics, and brand name on this website are owned by Boobpost or used under license. Copying them, in whole or in part, for publication elsewhere is not permitted without written consent.

Limited Permission for Personal Use

You may view pages, save them, and print them for your own reference, including printing an order confirmation or a size chart. That permission does not extend to republishing, redistribution, or any use that presents our material as someone else's.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

We do not list items bearing trademarks we have no right to use, and we do not describe products by reference to marks belonging to anyone else. If you spot a listing on this site that appears to breach someone's rights, tell us and we will look at it directly.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] containing all six of the following.

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on this site you are complaining about, with enough detail for us to locate it, ideally the page address.
  4. Your contact details: name, mailing address, and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them.

What Happens Next

We acknowledge every notice on receipt and review it within 5 business days. Where a complaint is well founded, the material comes down while we look further, and the party who posted it is told what was removed and why. We do not remove first and ask later on a notice that is plainly incomplete.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing all six of the following.

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are closed. What counts as repeated is judged case by case, taking into account whether the notices were valid and whether they were ever contested.

Misrepresentation

Section 512(f) of the DMCA makes anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, liable for the resulting damages and legal costs. That applies to notices and counter-notices alike.
