At Boobpost (accessible via https://boobpost.com), these terms are the agreement between you and us whenever you browse this site or buy something from it. We have kept them in plain sentences so that reading them does not require a legal background.

Most of what follows is the ordinary business of selling training tops and joggers: what we sell, how an order becomes binding, what we promise about prices, and what happens when something goes wrong. The parts that matter most to you day to day are shipping, returns, and payment, and each of those has its own page linked below.

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://boobpost.com and every purchase made through it. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy and the Return & Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. We sell and ship within the United States only.

4. Products

We sell ready-made stocked inventory. Product photographs and descriptions are prepared as accurately as we can manage, though screen calibration means colors can render differently from one device to another. Measurements and materials are stated as supplied to us. Stock is finite, and an item shown as available may sell out between the moment you add it to a cart and the moment you check out.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars and may change without notice. A price already confirmed on a placed order does not change afterwards. Where an item is published at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before doing anything: you can take the item at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund, and the choice is yours rather than ours.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email that follows acknowledges receipt rather than acceptance. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a payment cannot be verified, or where a delivery address falls outside the region we serve, and we will always tell you which of those applied.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment is taken in full at checkout through the PayPal gateway, whether you pay with a PayPal balance, a debit card, or a credit card. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the method presented. Failed or declined payments create no order and no charge. Where a chargeback is raised, we will cooperate fully with your issuer and provide the order, dispatch, and tracking records held on file. Accepted methods are set out on the Payment Methods.

8. Shipping

Rates, cutoffs, handling, and delivery estimates are set out on the Shipping Policy. We are not able to control carrier networks, but where a parcel goes astray we open the trace ourselves rather than asking you to.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Stopping or amending an order before it ships is governed by the Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Acceptable Use

Use this site for shopping and for contacting us. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at volume, submit false orders, or use it to distribute anything harmful. Accounts and orders connected to that kind of activity are closed without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, layout, and branding on this site belong to Boobpost or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Republishing, resale, or commercial reuse needs our written consent first. Rights complaints are handled under the DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

12. Third-Party Links

Some pages link out to services we rely on, including PayPal and our carriers. Those sites run under their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control what they publish.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right you hold under applicable consumer law, and nothing in it displaces the return rights set out in our return policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost time, lost income, or missed training. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Boobpost harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes fall to the state and federal courts sitting in Macomb County, Michigan.

17. Severability

If any provision here is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.

18. Changes to These Terms

We revise these terms as the business changes, and the revision month is shown at the top of this page. Orders already placed are governed by the version in force on the day they were made.
